Yad B'Yad's winning team

Over 160 contestants packed in the Middlsex New synagogue to participate in a closely contested 'battle' in which Yad B'Yad just edged the decision over a BBYO table by answering a question about the Hundred years War at the end of the quiz when the two teams were level. it was second successive win for the Lodge.

 The quiz team of First Lodge's Barbara and Brian Nathan assisted by Myra and Michael Litman were at their enrtaining best in their conduct of the quiz itself.

The amosphere, always very friendly, was particularly good this year. The event raised over £900.
